Your first 30 days are on us

Every new team starts with a 30-day free trial of DomainDash's Pro features (status pages, webhooks, content checks, incidents, Insights, multi-location checks, generous site headroom, and a small SMS allowance) with no credit card. When the trial ends your team moves to the Free plan automatically: your oldest site keeps running, the rest pause until you choose a paid plan, and nothing is deleted.

Overview

Creating a DomainDash account is free and takes less than a minute, with no credit card needed. All you need is your name, an email address, and a password. From there we'll guide you straight into setting up your first team and starting your 30-day trial, so you can begin checking a site the same day you sign up.

How to create your account

1. Go to the sign-up page

   Head to auth.domaindash.io/register to get started.

2. Fill in your details

   Enter your name, email address, and a strong password. We recommend mixing in some numbers and symbols for extra security.

   You'll also need to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. There's an optional tick box if you'd like to receive product updates and news by email.

3. Click Create account

   Hit the Create account button and we'll send a verification link to your email address straight away.

4. Set up your team

   You'll be taken straight to the team setup screen where you can name your team (usually your company or project name). Once that's done you'll land on your dashboard, already on your 30-day trial, ready to add your first site. You can pick a paid plan whenever you're ready, there's no rush.

Verifying your email

You'll see a banner in the app prompting you to verify your email address. This isn't required to get started, but it's worth doing as soon as you can. Verifying your email is what lets us reach you — it powers account recovery if you ever forget your password, and it's how alerts get to you the moment something needs your attention.

Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link inside. If it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder or click Resend email from the banner.

A few things to know

• One account, multiple teams. You can create or join more than one team from a single account, so there's no need to sign up again if you work across different organisations.
• Your timezone is detected automatically. We use your browser's timezone to make sure timestamps and alerts make sense for where you are.
